MEET & GREET

• Prior to securing my child care services, I ask that you participate in a meet-and-greet session. This meeting, lasting approximately 45 minutes, will acquaint me with your children, help me understand your specific childcare requirements, and ensure we’re all a good fit.

  PAYMENT POLICY

• Payments must be made via Zelle within 2 hours after the designated end time for childcare services. I am registered with my mobile number.

  CANCELATIONS

• A $35 cancelation fee will be charged for canceling a booking within the 24-hour window, excluding cases of illness.

• If I need to cancel for reasons other than illness or emergencies, your family will be eligible for a 20% discount on your next childcare booking.

  ILLNESS

• For the safety of myself and other families, please do not book childcare or a meet-and-greet if anyone in the home has had a fever in the last 24 hours, discolored discharge, vomiting, or diarrhea.

  REFERENCES

• References available upon request after completion of a meet-and-greet.
